I had two paths to choose from.

I still lost 10kg of body fat, had more energy than ever and most importantly…

We start by building you a nutrition plan and helping you get clear on exactly what you need to eat to get the result you are after. We aim to remove all the guesswork and show you what to eat to drop body fat and fuel performance.
We will monitor your food intake on a weekly basis and give you feedback on what you need to work on.
We’ll also help you plan your meals for the week ahead so that you know exactly what you need to eat.
We will show you how to be flexible so that you can still enjoy your favourite foods & drinks.
We will create you a training plan based around what your goals are, how much time you have to exercise, where you want to exercise (home v gym) and any endurance work that you want to do.
Our focus is to remove the guess work and give you a clear plan so that you know exactly what you need to do week in week out to get a result.
You’ll get access to our private coaching app where you will be able to track your workouts. We will also have access to what you have done so that we can hold you accountable & give you feedback.
The best plan in the world is useless if we don’t follow it consistently. Accountability is a game changer for so many. You’ll have access to your coach via WhatsApp where you’ll be supported on a weekly basis.
We have a birdeseye of every client and can see exactly where you are progress, nutrition & training wise for the week.

This is how we create goals. We get clear on your ‘North Star’ (big goal), 90 day & 30 day goals. We will map out a timeline of exactly where we would like to be progress every 30 & 90 days. These goals will be specific to you and reset every 30 & 90 days.
